The Illusionist (movie 2010)

I really enjoyed  “The Illusionist” movie because of its awesome animation. The story might not be super inspiring, but the visuals are amazing. The atmosphere in the movie is great, and you can just enjoy the images without needing explanations. I tried to capture that feeling by sketching a scene from the movie with watercolours. It’s surprising how much detail is in just one shot. The movie was created by Sylvain Chomet and is inspired by a story by Jacques Tati.
