A Hunting Dog at Masterpiece London ’22

If I had the money I would have spend it on this small sculpture in bronze of a hunting dog. It was for sale at the Masterpiece Art Fair ’22 in London It reminded me of the dog I had when I was a child. He was a pointer, a hunting dog. My dog lived for more than a decade and I grew up with him.  He became more than just a dog but some kind of a friend.

I didn’t have much time at the fair and actually was not even prepared to sketch there, so I took a picture with my mobile. Later on in the hotel, I made this small sketch.
